SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
We work with a fully end-to-end carbon neutral printing partner, so all prints and framed artworks (and their deliveries) are certified carbon neutral.
All papers and wood-based materials are sourced from Forestry Stewardship Council certified sustainable sources. Packaging materials have been carefully selected to reduce the impact on the environment whilst still ensuring your artwork gets to you in perfect condition. Plastics are kept to a minimum and all packaging materials are sustainably sourced, being a mixture of recycled, recyclable or biodegradable materials.
Shipping - prints
We provide free global shipping for all prints and framed artworks to almost every country in the world. Should your address not be accepted at checkout, please contact us and we will try to find a solution.
Orders are dispatched within 2-5 days, arriving within a week thereafter to the UK or Europe and in one to two weeks to North America. Other destinations may vary (please allow up to three weeks).
You will receive a tracking number via email upon dispatch. All shipments are made using the most efficient and cost effective shipping route, via Royal Mail, Deutsche Post, DHL, TNT or UPS.
Shipping - accessories
If you order a print and an accessory (patch/pin) at the same time please note that they will be dispatched at separate times due to stock being in different locations.
Pins and patches will be shipped via Royal Mail. Domestic (UK) orders of pins and patches will contain a tracking number. EU orders as well as orders to USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the rest of the world are shipped without tracking, but if you would like to have your shipping tracked, please contact us at email@example.com and we can arrange something for you.
Delivery times for prints, patches and pins:
- United Kingdom - 1-3 days (please allow 1-5 days during seasonal periods)
- Germany, Netherlands - 1-3 days (please allow 3-10 days during seasonal periods)
- Italy, France, Spain - 2-5 days (please allow 3-10 days during seasonal periods)
- USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand - 5-10 days (please allow 5-21 days during seasonal periods)
- Rest of the world - 5-21 days (please allow 5-30 days during seasonal periods)
We cannot accept responsibility for shipping delays caused by (but not limited to) customs, holidays, pandemics, strikes and natural disasters as these factors are beyond our control.
Returns on damaged or lost artwork
All products have been packages carefully to make sure items reach you in perfect condition. In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged artwork, please contact us within 48 hours with pictures of the damage. Once confirmed, we will endeavour to replace the edition, free of cost.
In the event that we are unable to replace the edition, we will arrange a refund upon receiving the returned damaged artwork and corresponding Certificate of Authenticity (where applicable).
We offer customs-free delivery to the UK, EU and US and customs duties are prepaid for Canada, Switzerland, Norway, Australia & South Africa, however, for other regions, you may have to pay a customs clearance fee as required by your port of delivery.
